Meet the NSRG Management Team
Moe Farag – National Manager
Moe is an experienced security manager with over 20 years experience in the Security Industry starting his career at an early age. Moe has recently taken NSRG to Far North Queensland, negotiating strong partnerships and acquisitions. He is continually improving the quality standard to our clients. Moe has the reputation for having strong attention to detail, strong workplace practices and operational deployment. As a TAE, Moe has placed a strong emphasis on training and development as well as quality management. He is currently spending most of his time abroad, developing NSRG’s presence in Asia with particular focus on the Education and Training Sector.
Najeeb Ali – Business Manager
Najeeb’s strong focus to customers and clients has enabled him to be the key contact for all account enquiries, and ensures the successful delivery of NSRG’s business objectives. His natural approach has enabled trust, and his ability to follow through with client demands and concerns has given him recognition from NSRG Key clients. Being a well versed Trainer and Assessor has strengthened him with the ability to find training gaps with NSRG personnel, and follow through with the required training to get them up to speed.
Ryan Camps – QLD Operations Co-Ordinator
Ryan’s passion for security and client satisfaction has ensured that he always keeps the client in mind. Ryan is effectively responsible for the planning and coordination of day to day rostering, workforce allocation and planning, and risk management and compliance of staff. Ryan has been able to get to know and understand all NSRG employees, so he knows the importance of matching the right profile with the facility that NSRG are managing. Ryan has also been known to make "the impossible" happen when it comes to making the right resource decisions.
Kate Rowe - Finance and Accounts
James Thai – Co-ordinator Logistics
Management Team with several years of security industry experience and business related expertise. The combination of these skills allows NSRG to keep up to date with the changing industry, ensuring they continue to maintain their quality standards while remaining highly competitive in the industry.
Accounts Department to deal with account queries and other financial related matters.
Supervisors who are available 24x7 to ensure customer queries and guard requests are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
Security Personnel that are trained, skilled and carefully selected.
